I was super stressed about the situation but once I decided to call a Locksmith, I called Prime and in no time, it seemed like, AJ had me fixed up. *Service Date 05/27/24Tech: 5/5Tech was able to provide a roundabout estimate over the phone (which I was having difficult obtaining from other companies).Tech was very nice, effective, and had me back into my vehicle and with a new working key fob in no time.Overall Pricing: 5/5*Unlocking for my make/model vehicle $100ish*New Keyfob + programming for my make/model $250ish*Seemed reasonable to me; hard to compare when no one will provide rates*They offer venmo, apple cash, etc. You can pay with a credit card, but they will apply the merchant fee (which should be 1.5% - 3.5%, pending the credit card you're using)Communication: 5/5* Tech was very quick to respond to my call and added me to his earliest availability. As stated before, he also took the time to communicate a loose estimate for the job...which was a big green flag and allowed me to determine if I wanted to proceed.*Side note; there is a service fee for the tech to show up, which seems normal for this industry. That is why their communication and providing me a general (loose) estimate was critical. No one likes surprises when it comes to an already bad day and I personally appreciate that.Conclusion: Overall, my experience was very nice, the tech was awesome. I also found out he's a small local business, which I personally like supporting. I highly recommend this company and tech to everyone.

I won’t used again ,,, guy try to hustle me for A very simple small job. Make set of key for electrical panel box. … did not want to give me a price until finish. It took him 4 hours to do the job and keep laying how difficult was the job to charge me more.End of job. Game a price for 225 dollar them charges me another 45 dollar for Credit card transaction. Very unprofessional
