I should have asked price. Wasn't told based out of Ofallon, I'm in Washington. Asked if took credit card. Was not informed of 7% fee. Charged $266. Quite steep for 5 minutes work. Young man who came out was very good and professional. Will not use again or refer to anyone.
Very professional and great prices! Lost my car keys, showed up fast. Got in to my car quickly, even made me spare keys! Eventually used them for rekeying my home! Thank you!!
AJ is a magician. Not only did he show up within 30 min of my call, he braved sub zero temps to deliver great service. He will be my first call when I need my locks smithed.
Super unprofessional and the manager AJ is not a likeable person.They tried to charge me almost 1000 dollars worth of work that another locksmith got done for 300 dollars for EVERYTHING.Be cautious of this place and definitely don’t let them be your first and only choice when losing keys. They are dishonest and a rip off
AJ truly went above and beyond on December 23, the day before Christmas Eve. After being stranded in the cold for over 24 hours and dealing with other locksmiths who were dismissive and charging outrageous prices (up to $500 for my 25-year-old car), AJ was a complete breath of fresh air.My State Farm agent found him through Angie’s List, and I’m so grateful. AJ met me at the Toyota dealership after my car was towed, even though the dealership said it would take 7 days to get me in. With everyone closing early for the holidays, I was stressed and stuck — and AJ showed up anyway.My car was extremely stubborn and did not want to take the key, but AJ never gave up. He worked patiently, coordinated with the dealership, and stayed professional and kind the entire time. He charged a very reasonable price and even gave me two keys for the price of one, which was incredibly generous right before Christmas.I apologize this review took a bit to post, but I’ve had zero issues since — one key is safely stored and everything works perfectly. If you need a locksmith who is honest, reliable, and truly cares, AJ is the one to call.

Had my car at a different house than I was at, and because I couldn't find a ride to it in time, the locksmith tech picked me up between his jobs to bring me there. He was very friendly and easy to talk to, not to mention efficient. Even the homeowner of the house I was at said she thought we were friends based on how he acted around me. Great service, would use again, when necessary of course.

I live in Desoto Missouri. This gentleman was an hour and a half out. And he came and unlocked my car. He has the best affordable prices In the Jefferson County, Saint Francis County and St. Louis area. It’s hard to find people who are as professional and reliable as this gentleman in his company.I called Eight different companies his was the ninth and his was hands-down, the most affordable price. If you don’t want to get taken advantage of by scam artist and over prices. Then I recommend prime Locksmith services.
Highly recommend! Professional service and the process was so easy, stress-feee and affordable! My daughter lost her only key to her car and within a couple of hours she was able to have a new key made and use her car. I wasn’t able to get the gentleman’s name who helped her but he was prompt, professional and she was able to wait in her car (and out of the cold) while he worked to make her a replacement key quickly and professionally. And the price was very affordable and was the price quoted! Thank you for making the process so easy and for your professionalism and making what had started as a stressful day stress-free! I'm not sure who came out. They were nice and all, but it was a total shock at the cost. I was left with no option as the door was open, but no one advised me it would be $349! I could have stayed at hotel then called for less than half that.
AJ was awesome. Came out to Jerseyville, IL and programmed a key when the guy delivering my truck lost it on the way to me. Programmed the key fob as well. Excellent service, and got me back on the road right away!
Came to cedar hill and made me a 2 keys with key fobs for $350. He did have to take out my ignition as it wasn't original. Took him just over an hour. Nice guy. Professional and was on time. My co workers thought it was pricey but I didn't call around for prices first. I'd use again, but might price check around if needed.

AJ was the locksmith who came to fix my key. I can't begin to tell you how professional and honest this young man was. He initially came out for a new key and key fob he sold me. But he spent couple hours trying to program my key, but for some reason the key would not recognize my computer. He stayed in touch over the next few months. Long story short, I got my car fixed and the key worked but not the fob. He told me I could fix it myself. Going 2 mos without my car I was afraid to try. He called me today because he was in my area. He came by, fixed the FOB. He didn't charge me, just helping a recently widowed woman who needed help!! I DEFINITELY would recommend AJ to anyone. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Also very caring young man.

Im so thankful for this service. He came to where I was at and also helped me out by letting me know about being reimbursed which I had no clue about. If you get locked out or your keys are missing definitely use them because he really wants to just help.

Over charged 360 for something simple on a Sunday also the guy who was working on opening my car started to work on it without me agreeing to the price he showed me. And then proceeded to start and said I have to pay because he already started when I did not agree to the price. I was trying to come up with another solution for the situation because it was to expensive and I did not have the money for something like this. My keys were locked in the drivers seat mat car is old and easy to get in to I could of done it myself I just did not have a ride at the time to go get the tools I needed that cost about 30 dollars. All he did was mess my door up by putting and inflatable in my door and messed it up. At the end of the day this was a wrong of the company but more importantly who ever they sent down was in the wrong more than the company
Keran had our door unlocked in only minutes after arriving. There was a longer wait than we were originally quoted, but we found out there was some unexpected rain and traffic related to an accident that caused a delay. Very courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend.
